Harriett fueled her passion for baking by attending Milwaukee Area Technical College, where she graduated with a Baking Production Certificate in 2005. She added to her training for specialty baking in 2011 by attending a 3-month pastry program at International Culinary Academy Gastronomicom in France. Coupling her education with a baking internship and many years of baking experience for friends and family motivates her to create a catering business that serves up delectable desserts.
Pastry4U offers a unique business model for the Kenosha area, catering and teaching. We are a specialty bakery, catering business, and pastry school. We utilize local vendors to support the local economy and provide the freshest ingredients, made from scratch. We are not a “traditional bakery” because we strive to stand apart!
